Two Individuals Accused Regarding Heathrow Alleged Pepper Spray Assault

Two individuals are now facing charges related to a suitcase robbery where a believed to be pepper spray led to people being hurt at London's Heathrow Airport.

Tyrone Richards, 31, and Anton Clarke-Butcher, 24, have both been charged with two counts of robbery and charges for administering a noxious substance, according to official statements.

This legal action stems from an probe of an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 on Sunday. Earlier that day, two women were robbed of their suitcases stolen after exiting a parking garage elevator, authorities reported.

A toddler was caught up in the incident in the event. A total of five individuals were taken to a medical facility and were later discharged.

The incident – described by police as was not part of a series and not being treated as terrorism – led to train delays and the temporary blocking of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking area for a short time.
